Prometheus Group, a provider of asset management operations and optimisation software and a portfolio company of Genstar Capital, has acquired RiskPoynt, a provider of risk management software.
RiskPoynt’s solutions allow operators to test mitigation scenarios, enabling organisations to enhance safety while optimizing resource allocation to achieve operational excellence.
The acquisition of RiskPoynt represents the seventh made by Prometheus Group since being acquired by Genstar in 2019.
