Gridiron Capital, an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, has appointed Tracy Streckenbach as an Operating Partner.As Gridiron’s newest Operating Partner, Streckenbach will be a resource to Gridiron Portfolio Company teams and to Gridiron’s Centres of Excellence. Her leadership, strategy, operations, supply chain and performance optimisation experience will add capabilities in evaluating new business opportunities and working with management teams to increase value in their companies.
Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Streckenbach’s roles have included Partner, Investment Committee Member, Board Member, CEO, COO, and CMO across a diverse range of industries. She is widely recognized as a successful change agent, having been featured in The New York Times “Corner Office” and in Times Books’ Quick and Nimble: Lessons from Leading CEOs on How to Create a Culture of Innovation.
