InfraRed Capital Partners is to sell a minority 25% stake in Twin Peaks onshore wind farm from one of its private European core infrastructure strategies to Infranode, a Nordic infrastructure investment manager. Twin Peaks is a renewable energy asset located in central Sweden, approximately 100km from Östersund. The project comprises two operational wind farms with 39 x 6.2MW Siemens turbines, giving a combined capacity of 242MW. According to a press statement, Twin Peaks can power over 45,000 homes. InfraRed acquired the whole Twin Peaks project in 2021 from Arise, a Swedish renewable energy company, with construction beginning shortly afterwards. InfraRed’s asset management team was involved throughout the construction phase, with Twin Peaks becoming operational on 30 April 2024 on time and on budget.
