Private equity firm Kennet Partners and the private equity division of investment manager Federated Hermes have invested €25m in software company Screendragon, a specialist in project management and workflow solutions catering to the agency and marketing sectors.
According to a press release, the €25m investment is intended to facilitate growth of Screendragon’s Irish operation, doubling its workforce in Cork and supporting further expansion into the US market.
Screendragon’s executive leadership team, and Founders John Briggs, Jan Quant and Fergus Ashe will continue to lead the company. Executive Chairman Clive Sirkin will also assume the role of Chairman of a newly constituted board of directors.
