Denver-based private equity firm KRG Capital Partners has completed a recapitalisation of Home Solutions in combination with its senior management team.
This investment represents the 13th platform company for KRG’s USD1.96bn Fund IV and its fourth platform investment in the healthcare sector.
Home Solutions is a provider of home infusion therapy services located throughout the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions. The company was founded in 1996 by its current chief executive Todd Timbrook, and has developed into one of the most well-respected infusion providers.
