Latham & Watkins has advised private equity fund manager Capital D on the sale of Qmee, a Reading, UK-based app survey platform and fraud prevention technology provider, to Kantar, a marketing data and analytics company.
The transaction is expected to close in June 2022.
Qmee offers brands access to consumers’ opinions and attitudes via a fun and easy to use app. Post-completion, Qmee will become a part of Kantar’s Profiles Division, which is responsible for primary research within Kantar.
