Chicago-based private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners is to sell LinQuest, a specialist in space systems and technology solutions for the defence and intelligence communities, to KBR, a provider of science, technology and engineering solutions to governments and companies globally.
LinQuest is being acquired in an all-cash transaction that is expected to be completed by Q4 2024, pending regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.
Funds affiliated with MDP first acquired LinQuest in 2018.
Baird, Kirkland & Ellis and Crowell & Moring are advising MDP and LinQuest.
