BGF has provided GBP6 million funding to One Media iP Group, a digital media content provider that primarily exploits music intellectual property rights. Private equity investment firm HIG Capital (HIG) has completed the sale of its portfolio company AMPAC Fine Chemicals (AFC) to SK Holdings Co Ltd. Based in Rancho Cordova, California, AFC is a global supplier of high value-added active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates used in treating diseases such as cancer, CNS disorders and various viral infections. AFC is strategically located with four facilities within the United States and has over USD200 million of revenue. UK-based privacy technology and data analytics company MyLife Digital has completed a new circa GBP6 million funding round led by BGF to support the international roll-out of its innovative platform. MyLife Digital provides an enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to help organisations manage the challenges around personal data, enabling them to build greater trust and engagement through data transparency with the individuals they serve. UK private equity house Maven Capital Partners (Maven) has led the GBP20 million management buyout (MBO) of UAP Limited (UAP), a UK supplier and distributor of door and window hardware. ING Bank, in its role as Coordinator and Bookrunning Mandated Lead Arranger, together with NIBC (Mandated Lead Arranger), has successfully closed a EUR52 million Credit Facility for The Datacenter Group to support the acquisition of two datacenter assets from Rabo Bouwfonds Communication Infrastructure Fund. Global investment firms Bregal Investments and KKR are to sell global schools group Cognita to Jacobs Holding of Switzerland. Cognita operates over 70 schools across eight countries, educating more than 40,000 children.
