Headquartered in Boulogne Billancourt, and part of the French marketing and communications sector since 1996, Marquetis has been managed for more than 20 years by Virginie Massa and Evangelos Vatzias. The partners of Bedell Cristin have announced a plan to merge with Cayman-based law firm, Solomon Harris. It is hoped that the deal will complete by the end of August, and Solomon Harris will rebrand as Bedell Cristin at a later date.

Constellation Brands has acquired Dallas-based brewer Four Corners Brewing Co producer of a range of premium products including Local Buzz Honey-Rye Golden Ale and El Chingón IPA.
Four Corners, which will join Constellation’s Craft & Specialty Beer Group, was founded in 2012 by longtime friends George Esquivel, Greg Leftwich and Steve Porcari. The founders and their team will all remain involved with Four Corners following the acquisition.

The partners of Ironwood Capital have successfully completed a USD400 million capital raise for Ironwood Mezzanine Fund IV LP and its affiliated funds (IMF IV), with commitments from over 40 domestic insurance companies, banks and pension funds.
