Ironwood Capital has made a subordinated debt and minority equity investment in Behold Home, a motion and stationary upholstered furniture manufacturer based in Smithville, Mississippi.
The investment is in support of Behold’s purchase of Washington Furniture of Pontotoc, Mississippi, a leading manufacturer of stationary upholstered furniture. The transaction was sponsored by Pittco Capital Partners of Memphis, Tennessee. Other investors include Dobbs Management Services, Jackson Capital and company management.

HIG Bayside Capital (Bayside), the credit-oriented affiliate of private equity firm HIG Capital, has sold its portfolio company, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, to funds managed by Corsair Capital.
Jackson Hewitt maintains a vast franchise and company-owned nationwide footprint of approximately 6,000 locations. The Company has developed a unique and comprehensive suite of related services tailored specifically to hard-working American taxpayers.

ecobee Inc has raised an additional CAD47 million (USD36 million) of investment led by Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), AGL Energy Ltd and Business Development Bank of Canada, closing its Series C funding round at more than CAD127 million (USD98 million) and bringing its total funding to over CAD200 million (USD155 million) to-date.

Alliander has sold electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions specialist Allego to Meridiam, a French investment firm specialising in the development, financing and management of long-term and sustainable infrastructure projects.
Allego develops throughout Europe charging solutions and charging infrastructure for electric transport for municipalities, provinces, companies and transport companies. Drake Star Partners acted as exclusive financial adviser to Alliander in this transaction.

Pathway Capital Management has formed Pathway/AK Credit Co-Investment Fund, a USD500 million private credit co-investment fund in partnership with the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC).
The Co-Investment Fund will focus on identifying and investing in co-investment opportunities globally alongside high-quality private credit managers across a range of strategies, including senior direct lending, mezzanine, and opportunistic credit.
The Co-Investment Fund represents an extension of Pathway’s successful 23-year track record of investing in private credit, which includes commitments of more than USD6 billion across the private credit market spectrum.

Equistone Partners Europe (Equistone) and Inflexion Private Equity (Inflexion) are to sell UK Power Reserve, an independent developer and operator of flexible power generation in the UK, to Singapore-headquartered integrated energy group, Sembcorp, for an equity value of GBP216 million.
Following the acquisition of shares, Sembcorp will consolidate all assets and liabilities of UK Power Reserve, including its net debt.

Tender Belly has received an investment from Encore Consumer Capital (Encore), a private equity firm that invests exclusively in consumer products companies.
Tender Belly, based in Denver, Colorado, is a rapidly growing, premium bacon and pork products company founded in 2010 by brothers Shannon and Erik Duffy. Tender Belly’s products stem from their belief in going big and doing things according to their ‘Certified Awesome’ standards.

Neoen, an independent renewable IPP and the majority shareholder in Paradise Park, a 51 MWp PV farm based in Jamaica, together with the solar park’s co-shareholders, MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Fund and Rekamniar Frontier Ventures, have agreed a deal for the project’s financing.
