Linden Capital Partners (Linden), a Chicago-based healthcare private equity firm, has completed its investment in Solara Medical Supplies.
Headquartered in Chula Vista, California, Solara is a leading direct-to-patient supplier of advanced diabetic devices, including continuous glucose monitors, insulin pumps and other supplies for the intensively managed diabetic. Linden Operating Partner, Ron Labrum, and Linden advisor, Keith Crawford, have been named Chairman and CEO, respectively.

Ropes & Gray has advised Hamilton Lane on Hamilton Lane Strategic Opportunities Fund IV. The Fund announced its final close with USD900 million in commitments on 5 June, substantially above the initial target.
The Fund is focused on making credit-oriented investments with consistent cash yield, shorter duration and attractive risk-adjusted returns. Fund IV is comprised of a diverse set of institutions, including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments/foundations and high net worth individuals, including a number of existing as well as new investors from Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North and South America.

Intelliflo, a UK technology platform for financial advisers, has been acquired by Invesco. Intelliflo has been owned by HgCapital, a European private equity investor in B2B technology companies, since 2013.
Since its inception in 2004, Intelliflo has experienced rapid growth and has become the No1 technology platform for financial advisers in the UK, successfully supporting the business of approximately 30 per cent of UK advisers. Hailo, a company developing a proprietary chip for deep learning on edge devices, has completed a USD12.5 million Series A round.
The company’s investors include Ourcrowd.com, Maniv Mobility, the Drive accelerator fund: Next Gear; as well as angel investors, Hailo Chairman Zohar Zisapel and Delek Motors CEO Gil Agmon. The company will use the funding to further develop its deep learning processor, which will deliver datacenter processing capacity to edge devices. This latest funding round brings the total raised to date by the Tel Aviv-based company to USD16 million.

Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in promising companies at the lower end of the mid-market, has sold RotoMetrics, a provider of high precision rotary cutting tool solutions. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Headquartered in St Louis, Missouri, RotoMetrics provides made-to-order precision rotary cutting dies and engineered tooling for web converting and printing applications. These products are critical components in the production of a wide array of tags, labels, and packaging items used in the consumer goods, healthcare, electrical component, automotive, and industrial markets. NPIF – Maven Equity Finance, managed by Maven Capital Partners and part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund, has invested GBP250,000 in Lancashire-based eOrigen Learning and Communications Ltd (EO), a digital production company specialising in the creation of digital media and bespoke e-learning and training content.
The funding will help EO to execute its ambitious growth strategy to launch and scale its learning and development (L&D) IT platform, INPIN™, to become an accredited global training ecosystem and create 36 new jobs.

Private equity firm Warburg Pincus and Javier Marín Romano, a Spanish banking veteran with 25 years of experience in the sector, have partnered to acquire Self Trade Bank (Self Bank) from Société Générale’s Boursorama subsidiary.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
