Strategic Partners Fund Solutions (Strategic Partners), Blackstone’s (NYSE:BX) dedicated secondary and fund solutions business, has held the final closing at the hard cap of USD1.75 billion for Strategic Partners Real Assets II (S PRA II), its second global infrastructure-focused secondary fund. SP RA II’s global investor base is comprised of sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, financial institutions, endowments, foundations and family offices. Oak North-backed Inception Group is to embark on its biggest expansion to date, doubling the size of its ‘Around The World in 80 Days’-inspired Mr Fogg’s Collection of bars, with the opening of three more premises. Mr Fogg’s House of Botanicals will open in Fitzrovia this June, followed by Mrs Fogg’s, which is inspired by Aouda, wife of intrepid explorer Phileas Fogg in the Jules Verne’s classic adventure novel. Lincolnshire Management has sold Amports, a leading North American port terminal operator, to a group of investors led by InstarAGF Asset Management. Amports controls portside acreage at many of the top roll-on, roll-off ports across the United States and Mexico, including in the San Francisco Bay Area, Baltimore, Jacksonville and Altamira, Mexico.
