Tikehau Capital has successfully completed the placement of a EUR300 million bond issue maturing in November 2023. This inaugural senior unsecured bond issue has a fixed annual coupon of 3 per cent. The settlement-delivery is scheduled for 27 November 2017.   The proceeds of this issue will be used for the general corporate purposes of the Company. In addition to the firm commitments in relation to a credit facility for an amount of EUR1 billion obtained by Tikehau Capital at the end of October, this bond issue diversifies and substantially strengthens the group’s financial resources.   The bond placement was

The Pensions Infrastructure Platform (PiP) is to acquire a portfolio of interests in ten UK public-private partnership projects for just over GBP400 million from Aberdeen UK Infrastructure Partners (Aberdeen). PiP will manage the interests directly. The team behind Swarm Fund, a decentralised capital marketplace that provides cryptocurrency investors with access to institutional style investments, has raised USD5.5 million through its public token sale. Swarm has appointed serial tech entrepreneur Philipp Pieper as its CEO. The firm has also had what it calls its first ‘liquid democracy’ vote. Sustainable Technology Investors (STIL) has launced the GBP100 million Nobel Sustainability Growth Fund (NSGF) in partnership with the Nobel Sustainability Trust (NST), founded by members of the Nobel Family, and SET3, the global investment group founded by Gordon Power and Stephen Lansdown, co-founder of Hargreaves Lansdown. BTL Group (BTL) has closed previously announced brokered and non-brokered private placements raising a gross total of approximately CAD15.3 million. BTL will use the capital raised to deliver its blockchain platform Interbit in early 2018.
