Coinsilium Group Limited, an accelerator focused on early-stage blockchain technology companies, has completed a SGD100,000 (circa GBP56,100) in Indorse Pte Ltd through a convertible loan agreement. Indorse is a Singapore-based company developing a blockchain-powered decentralised professional network. In addition, Coinsilium will receive an entitlement to an undisclosed number of Indorse digital tokens to be issued by Indorse in the next few months.   Indorse is a professional social networking platform co-founded by David Moskowitz and Gaurang Torvekar. Scout RFP has completed a Series B financing round of USD15.5 million bringing total investment in the company to USD27.25 million. The round was led by Menlo Ventures and includes investments from New Enterprise Associates (NEA). Matt Murphy, Managing Director at Menlo Ventures, will join Scout’s Board of Directors. Scout has carved out a name for itself in the industry by delivering eSourcing solutions that allow enterprises to source faster and make a bigger business impact. Alteon Capital Partners has opened a new office in Monaco, which will be run by Managing Partner Federico Arcelli and cover the firm’s activities across Europe and the Middle East. Engineering and construction company Graña y Montero has closed the sale of its stake in GMD, a subsidiary of the Group specialising in information technology and telecommunications, to private equity firm Advent International. Advent is acquiring the Group’s majority ownership stake in GMD for USD84.7 million, with an initial payment of USD37.3 million and subsequent payments subject to milestones agreed between the parties. Hamilton Lane has held the final closing of Hamilton Lane Secondary Fund IV, a global and diversified private equity secondary fund. Originally targeting USD1.25 billion, the Fund received strong demand from the institutional investor community and exceeded its target to close on USD1.9 billion, the firm’s largest secondary fund to-date.
