Meridian Adhesives Group (Meridian) has acquired American Sealants Inc (ASI), a specialist in product assembly adhesives and sealants.
Financial terms of the deal, which will see ASI will join Meridian’s Industrial Division, have not been disclosed.
Tech24, backed by private equity firm HCI Equity Partners, has acquired RMS Mechanical Services.
Tech24 is a US provider of repair and maintenance services for food service and commercial HVAC equipment. Financial terms of the deal, which is Tech24’s seventh add-on acquisition in the foodservice repair and maintenance market, have not been disclosed.
