Visma, a provider of business-critical software to private and public companies in Europe, today announces that it has expanded its shareholder base through a secondary sale to leading institutional investors – Aeternum Capital, Government Pension Fund Norway (Folketrygdfondet), Vind, and GIC – valuing Visma at EUR16 billion (~NOK165 billion).
Construction engineering specialist firm RDCP Infrastructure has acquired Gloucestershire-based Woodford Engineering for an undisclosed sum.
RDCP Infrastructure is a part of the London-based investment firm RDCP Group, which controls USD250 million of investments in the UK. Led by Sameer Rizvi, Iryna Dubylovska and Gareth Dillon, RDCP Infrastructure is the group’s construction and engineering arm. NMI, a global full commerce enablement technology company, has secured a significant new equity investment from New York-based global private equity and venture capital firm Insight Partners.
Insight Partners joins existing investors Francisco Partners and Great Hill Partners. The company will continue to be led by Chief Executive Officer, Vijay Sondhi, and the current management team, who invested alongside Insight Partners, Francisco Partners, and Great Hill Partners.

Manhattan West, an investment company with a vertically integrated platform of in-house services and investments, has added Reginald “Reggie” Tucker to the Venture Capital team as Managing Director.
Tucker brings more than a decade of experience to Manhattan West, as a capital allocator in both public and private markets, venture capital and private debt. He will bring his deep network of limited partner and general partner relationships to the organisation as it builds out its venture capital division, complementing the firm’s private equity, real estate and private debt investment strategies.

KKR, a global investment firm, has agreed to invest USD40 million in preferred equity in Jet Edge International (Jet Edge), an Ohio-based specialist in full-service private aviation responsible for operating the largest fleet of Challenger and Gulfstream aircraft available for charter in the United States.
KKR is making the investment in Jet Edge through its credit funds and accounts focused on asset-based finance opportunities. The investment follows KKR’s USD150 million credit investment in the Company announced earlier this year.

Crewe Investment banking division has advised on the sale of activewear company ACTA to HydroJug. Founded in 2018, ACTA leveraged Crewe as an adviser as it sought a buyer. HydroJug, a reusable water bottle company launched in 2016, beat out competitors seeking to acquire ACTA.
As a growing e-commerce and activewear enterprise, ACTA represents a strategic purchase for HydroJug as it expands into other verticals in the health and wellness arena. HydroJug recently ranked 33rd on the 2021 Inc 5000 list, which highlights the nation’s fastest-growing companies.
