GED Capital, a private equity group focused on the Iberian lower mid-market segment, has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in health service providers High Research, Interactive Communication Projects, (3.Ways), and BCN Science from their respective founders and management teams. 
BGF has exited its investment in The Clearway Group, a vacant property services business, following a new investment into the business by private equity firm, Next Wave Partners. London-headquartered Clearway provides technology-led solutions, including CCTV and alarms, to monitor and secure vacant properties. The business has nationwide operations in the UK and a strong presence in France.   BGF invested GBP10 million in the business in 2018, followed by a further GBP1m investment in 2019, to support Clearway’s acquisitive growth strategy. Trill Impact has closed EUR900 million in commitments for its inaugural impact mid-market buyout fund from prominent institutional investors globally, making it one of the largest first-time-funds raised during the Covid-19 pandemic by an independent private investments firm. On behalf of investors in its infrastructure equity strategy, AMP Capital has agreed to sell a 51 per cent stake in Angel Trains to a consortium comprising the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) and funds advised and managed by Amber Infrastructure Group.  The consortium members, which have held their stakes alongside AMP Capital since 2008, are increasing their ownership of the Company, with PSP Investments becoming the majority shareholder. Founders First Capital Partners has launched a new impact fund called the Change Catalyst Fund (CCF).  The fund, designed in collaboration with socially responsible investment management firm Reynders, McVeigh Capital Management, provides flexible growth capital loans to support expansion and job creation at small businesses led by diverse founders.
