LGT Capital Partners has held final close of Crown Global Secondaries V (CGS V), its fifth private equity investment programme investing globally in secondaries, at the hard cap of USD4.5 billion.

Novo Holdings will be the majority shareholder of the company.

Clessidra Private Equity SGR, a management company in the Italian private equity market, has held the first successful closing of Clessidra Capital Partners 4 fund, closed-type alternative investment fund.
The placement reached about EUR270 million and has registered a significant participation of subscribers from previous funds. Amongst the investors, some of the primary Italian institutional players, including Cassa Forense and Fondo Italiano d’Investimento as cornerstone investors.
