wajve – a Berlin-based financial app for Gen Z – has raised a EUR5 million seed round, led by EQT Ventures with participation from 468 Capital.
The funding will be used to accelerate the roll-out of the platform, which has just launched, for the first customers in Germany before expanding into other European markets.

Compusoft Group, a leading global visual CPQ provider and portfolio company of TA Associates, has acquired InnovaItalia, the Pesaro, Italy-based distributor of Compusoft’s 3CAD software in Russia and neighbouring countries.
The acquisition of InnovaItalia is a natural extension of Compusoft’s furniture business unit and will expand their presence into new geographies, as well as broaden their strong customer base. Direct access to this market will open up further opportunities in a growing vCPQ market in Russia and provide Compusoft with a solid base for expansion.
