Kredivo, a digital credit platform for retail borrowers across Indonesia, has secured a debt facility of up to USD100 million from Victory Park Capital (VPC), a global alternative investment firm, to fund consumer loans for Kredivo’s borrowers in Indonesia. The deal marks major milestones for both firms: the transaction is VPC’s first in Southeast Asia and Indonesia overall. Vanti Analytics has closed a USD4.5 million seed funding round led by Silicon Valley venture capital firm True Ventures and Israel’s More VC.  The round includes participation from Israel’s i3 Equity Partners, who invested in 2019 alongside Ariel Maislos.  The manufacturing AI company is developing a self-service platform that helps manufacturing operations teams increase yields and throughput for electronic products. Mid-market private equity firm LDC has successfully exited it investment in Panther Logistics to US-based AIT Worldwide Logistics (AIT). Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. Northampton-based Panther Logistics is the UK’s largest independent two-man home delivery firm.
