LGB Corporate Finance has advised the shareholders of CMi, a provider of executive mentoring for chairmen and senior level executives, on its sale to MW&L Capital Partners. Established in 2003 by executive search specialist Krister Svensson, who died last year, CMi has been at the forefront of this emerging leadership tool and remains the market leader in the provision of mentoring to the C-suite and the Board. HLD Europe has entered into exclusive negotiations with IK Investment Partners (IK), a Pan-European private equity firm to become the majority shareholder of Exxelia Group, a specialist in the manufacturing of high reliability passive components and electromechanical systems. Exxelia’s management will reinvest alongside HLD Europe. The completion of the transaction is subject to the consultation of employee representative bodies and the approval of the competition authorities as well as the French and American administrations. Fund data management platform Kneip has named Hugues Delcourt as Chairman of the Board whilst founder and previous Chairman, Bob Kneip, moves into the role of Vice-Chairman.Delcourt brings with him a wealth of experience, with 30 years in the banking industry accrued in Europe and Asia, working for global institutions, including Indosuez, ABN AMBRO and UBS.
