ARQIS has advised Liberta Partners, a multi-family holding company based in Munich, on the acquisition of Ameropa, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.Liberta Partners will take over all of the approximately 120 Ameropa employees.
