Pan-European payment processor, Lemon Way has secured a EUR25 million investment from London-based specialist financial services investor, Toscafund Asset Management (Toscafund). The transaction is Toscafund’s first private equity investment in France.   Lemon Way is a Paris-based regulated payment institution focusing on marketplaces, crowdfunding platforms and e-comerce websites that require payment processing, wallet management and third-party services in a KYC/AML-regulated framework. It currently manages over seven million payment accounts. Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB), a portfolio company of HIG Capital (HIG), a global private equity investment firm with over USD34 billion of equity capital under management, has acquired BRTRC Federal Solutions (BRTRC). Headquartered in Vienna, Virginia, BRTRC is a provider of support services across the Army and other US Department of Defence and Intelligence Community agencies. Endless, a private equity investor, has acquired Victoria Plum from TPG Capital. Founded in 2001, Victoria Plum provides a range of predominantly own-branded bathroom products, including bathroom suites, bathroom furniture and accessories. Victoria Plum currently employs more than 300 people and the investment from Endless will support the online bathroom retailer’s continued growth.   Endless has acquired the entire issued share capital of the business for an undisclosed sum and will work with the management team to continue investing in its people, digital and retail experience and expanding its product and services offering.   The transaction was led by Matthew
UK mid-market private equity investor Livingbridge has closed the Livingbridge Enterprise 3 fund with total capital commitments of GBP334 million, an increase of 50 per cent on its predecessor fund, Livingbridge Enterprise 2, a 2015 vintage fund. Ingenious’ Infrastructure Ventures EIS Service has invested in Winnow, the technology company behind Winnow Vision, an artificial intelligence tool helping chefs cut food waste in half, as it completes its series B round of funding at USD12 million. Idinvest Partners, aa investor in SMEs across Europe, has anheldnounced the final closing of its third digital fund at EUR350 million, having surpassed its initial fundraising target of EUR300 million. The fund, managed by a team of nine investors, has attracted many new LPs from Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. Based in Pleasant Ridge, Michigan, Fisher has 17 locations with sales showrooms and training venues across the Midwest and Northeast.
