Private markets investment platform Moonfare has appointed Alice Avenel as head of France & Benelux. Based in Paris, she will be responsible for accelerating Moonfare’s growth among private investors, family offices, and distribution partners.
The firm says that the appointment supports its European growth strategy, and its ambition to make curated, top-tier private markets opportunities more accessible to sophisticated investors, through a high-performance platform and an institutional-grade selection of international funds and direct deals that are typically unavailable to individuals.
In her new role, Avenel will be responsible for driving the regional go-to-market strategy in coordination with the marketing and product teams, and strengthening Moonfare’s presence at key industry events.
Avenel brings over eight years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and international development. Before joining Moonfare, she was director of international investor relations at Audacia, where she led the commercial strategy and developed relationships with family offices and institutional investors in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
