CrediBook, a bookkeeping app based in Indonesia, has raised USD8.1 million in a Series A funding round led by Monkʼs Hill Ventures with participation from existing investors such as Insignia Ventures Partners and Wavemaker Partners.
CrediBook is focused on digitalising small and medium enterprises (SMEs), primarily wholesalers, to manage and track their expenses, payables, and receivables and streamline the ordering process.
This round of funding will be used to accelerate CrediBookʼs nationwide expansion, product development, talent acquisition, supporting increasing product categories from wholesalers, and onboarding new wholesale partners.
Maven Capital Partners (Maven) has exited its investment in energy services specialist RMEC Group Limited (RMEC) through a trade sale to Aberdeen-based Centurion Group, generating a 2.26x blended return for investors in the process.

Antara Capital is to make a USD300 million investment in electric vehicle (EV) charging network ChargePoint through the purchase of convertible senior notes.
Under the terms of the investment, Antara Capital LP will purchase a total aggregate principal amount of USD300 million in 3.50 pre cent/5.00 per cent Convertible Senior Notes due 2027 (the Notes). The transaction is expected to close on 12 April, 2022.
The Notes will be convertible at an initial conversion price to be determined prior to closing. The initial conversion price will represent a 30.0 per cent premium to ChargePoint’s volume-weighted average price over a pre-determined
ARC Clean Energy Canada (ARC Canada), a small modular reactor (aSMR) technology provider, has raised CAD30 million in a Series A funding round private sector investment and the Province of New Brunswick.
This financing will progress the deployment of Canada’s first commercial grid-scale aSMR at the Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station (PLNGS) site, owned by the provincial utility, New Brunswick Power (NB Power). It also sets the stage for further milestone achievements which will unlock additional funding from the province.
Ryan Hicke, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at SEI, is to become the company’s next chief executive officer and a member of its board of directors, effective 1 June, 2022.
