SIMON Markets (SIMON), a fintech company that offers an end-to-end digital suite of tools to help financial professionals understand, manage, and analyse complex alternative investment products, has secured a strategic investment from Citi.
Citi is a longtime partner of SIMON, both as a leading issuer of structured investments and through its wealth management division whose financial professionals use the investment platform.
Passthrough, a data-driven subscription document platform that seamlessly automates, distributes, executes, and manages the subscription process for fund managers and their investors, has raised USD5 million.

Parthenon Capital has made an additional investment in CardWorks, the parent company of CardWorks Servicing, Merrick Bank and Carson Smithfield.
In connection with the transaction, Parthenon’s co-CEO and managing partner, Brian Golson, will join CardWorks’ Board of Directors.
The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Natixis Investment Managers (Natixis IM) has appointed Mabrouk Chetouane as Head of Global Market Strategy, Solutions, International.
In his new role, Mabrouk will lead and manage the global market strategy team responsible for developing the in-house macroeconomic, asset allocation and investment views within Natixis IM Solutions, which are essential to both clients and sales. He will report to Claire Martinetto, Head of Natixis IM Solutions, International and be based in Paris.

In this position, reporting to Christoph Schumacher, global head of real assets, Feliciano will oversee all aspects of the real estate business, including portfolio management, investments, asset management, and the integration of sustainability into both investments and operations. He will also be responsible for developing and implementing Manulife Investment Management’s global real estate investment strategy and increasing its capabilities on behalf of clients, including Manulife’s General Account.
