TXOne Networks, a specialist in Industrial IoT (IIoT) security, has closed a USD12.9 million Series A financing round led by JAFCO Asia Investment, Jade Stone Jinghua Limited Partnership Fund, and a number of other well-known investors.
The company has now raised USD23.7 million in investments since its inception.
The funds raised will be used to refine TXOne’s Industrial Control System (ICS) security products, to expand its business in certain regions, and to strengthen marketing and after-sales service teams. Trifecta, an organic food delivery service in the United States, has closed a USD20 million series-B funding round, led by Spring Lake Equity Partners (Plated, Signify Health), a Boston-based venture capital firm.

Joanna Scott, formerly BOOST&Co’s head of London and the east, has been promoted to managing director. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, having worked for the independent asset manager for almost five years.
A key part of Scott’s role will be cementing the lender’s reputation as a leading provider of term loans for UK SMEs, particularly fast-growing, high-tech firms. DWS has appointed Stephen Davies as Senior Principal in its London-based Infrastructure Investments team, reporting to Hamish Mackenzie, Head of Infrastructure.
Davies’ responsibilities include leading the acquisition financing and refinancing of portfolio companies as well as managing the relationships with lending banks and other financing counterparts for DWS’s series of Pan-European Infrastructure Funds (PEIF).
Davies joins DWS with more than 15 years’ experience as a debt advisor in the infrastructure market, with expertise across the full spectrum of funding sources including bank debt, private placements, bonds, and green and ESG-linked financing. Most recently, Davies was an Executive Director at
CAIS, an alternative investment platform, has added Michelle Browning as its Director of Business Development for the CAIS IQ learning platform.
