Independent fund administrator Centaur Fund Services has appointed Michael Marisca as Head of Business Development. Based in Centaur’s US headquarters in New York, Marisca will be responsible for overseeing and growing the company’s sales and revenue globally.
Marisca has extensive business development experience in the funds industry and has held several senior operational and business development positions. His experience will be an important addition to Centaur as it continues to experience rapid growth in its North American business.

FSN Capital VI (FSNC) has acquired a majority share in Adragos Pharma Group (Adragos), a B2B contract developer and manufacturer (CDMO) for pharmaceuticals.
The current owner, Prange Group (PG), remains invested. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
Adragos, with production sites in Livron (France), Leipzig (Germany) and Toride (Japan) offers end-to-end services for a broad range of pharmaceutical products, in particular injectables and semi-solid forms. A company controlled by the Permira funds has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Engel & Völkers – an international property brokerage platform.

Phillips 66 has made an investment in Seeq, a developer of software applications for analysing and sharing insights on process manufacturing data.
The investment is through the Altira Group, a venture capital firm that counts Seeq as one of its portfolio companies. It is the first investment by Phillips 66’s Digital Ventures organisation, which is part of the AdvantEdge66 program launched by the company to drive digital transformation and innovation.
