International web hosting business, Miss Group has acquired Spanish-based ADW Europe SL as part of its ambitious buy and build strategy.
The acquisition of ADW Europe SL is the fourth to be completed by Miss Group this year to date and adds a further 1,400 international SME customers to the Group. It’s the first Spanish bolt-on to Profesional Hosting, which was acquired by Miss Group in 2019. The combination of the two businesses is expected to accelerate revenue and EBITDA growth for the Group in the Spanish market.

The Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) is to acquire 100 per cent of Green Frog Power Ltd (Green Frog) and will invest up to USD500 million (GBP288 million) over the next several years, to transform the business into an owner and operator of utility scale batteries and execute on its pipeline of battery projects under development.
The transaction will enable IMCO and Green Frog to establish a global, utility-scale platform focused on battery storage assets.

An overwhelming majority (85 per cent) of alternative fund managers expect to see increased demand for investment vehicles to be based in international financial centres (IFCs) over the coming three to five years, driven by a skills gap and potential tax increases in their local jurisdictions to combat the impact of Covid-19.
That’s according to a new global study commissioned by Ocorian, which reveals that, on a regional basis, Asia-based fund managers are the most bullish about the use of IFCs for funds and other investment vehicles (96 per cent), ahead of North America and Africa (both 92 per cent),
