Apex Group Ltd (Apex) has supported long-standing client Integral Group (Integral), a Tokyo-based private equity group, in the successful raising of Integral Fund IV, which has held its final closing at its hard cap of JPY123.8 billion.

Kraken Resources II (Kraken II) has received an equity commitment in excess of USD400 million from funds managed by Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors (Kayne Anderson), including Kayne Anderson Energy Fund VIII (KAEF VIII) and Kayne Private Energy Income Fund II (KPEIF II), along with Kraken II’s management team.

Six months after raising USD7 million in seed funding, Paris-based data-centric AI training platform Kili Technology has raised USD25 million in Series A financing from London-based venture capital fund Balderton Capital and further commitment from initial investors, Serena Capital and Headline.

Standard Chartered Bank and Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) have successfully closed an initial EUR1.45 billion ESG-linked subscription facility for ICG Europe Fund VIII. The lending group comprises Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas, ANZ Banking Group Limited, ING Bank, and Royal Bank of Canada.
The facility will serve as a key source of liquidity for the Fund, which is dedicated to investing in mid to upper middle market European businesses.
