Funds advised by Apax (the Apax Funds) today announced are to acquire CyberGrants, a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for corporate social responsibility (CSR), employee engagement, and volunteer management, from Waud Capital Partners.  Financial terms for the transaction, which is expected to close in Q3 2021, have not been disclosed.   CyberGrants delivers market-leading CSR software solutions to some of the most respected companies and foundations in the world, helping them quickly activate their charitable causes to realize strategic, measurable outcomes. ThinCats, an alternative finance provider to mid-sized SMEs, has announced a strategic investment in the company from Wafra Capital Partners (WCP) of GBP160 million. Prime Capital has completed the Third Closing of its commingled infrastructure fund. With this Closing PGEIF reached total commitments of EUR342 million.  The fund was launched in June 2020 and focuses on wind-powered energy assets in the Nordic countries. It aims to secure assets in their late development stage and exploit their full return potential by employing a value-add strategy. Prime Capital identifies and secures attractive opportunities at an early stage, optimising all technical and commercial aspects of the projects, including financing and power purchase agreements.
