Wantz joined DLA Piper from Allen & Overy in December 2018 and is a highly regarded international tax planning lawyer. Acronis, the global specialist in cyber protection, has received more than USD250 million in a funding round from CVC Capital Partners VII and other investors.  Acronis will use the funds to further accelerate growth by expanding its unique portfolio of natively integrated cyber protection products.
