Round Hill Music Royalty Partners (Round Hill Music), a private equity firm dedicated to investing in music copyright, has closed its third private fund, Round Hill Music Royalty Fund III (Fund III) with total equity commitments of USD291 million. David Boyd has been appointed Cayman Country Executive to lead Alter Domus’ Cayman Islands fund administration, corporate and fiduciary services. Private equity firm NorthEdge has supported the management buyout of Lights4fun, one of Europe’s leading e-commerce retailers of decorative lighting, to further expand the business’ existing market presence internationally.
