Dawn Capital, a European venture capital fund dedicated to B2B software, has closed Dawn IV at the fund’s hard cap of EUR333 million/USD400 million.The fund was oversubscribed and closed within six months of launch, after receiving strong support from existing investors and attracting new investors from the US, Europe and Asia. The investors committing to the fund comprise leading institutional investors, including pension funds, endowment funds, fund of funds as well as family offices and high net-worth individuals.
