GED Capital (GED), an independent private equity group specialised in the Spanish lower mid- market, and Oquendo Capital, a firm that specialises in flexible capital and private debt for Spanish lower mid-market companies, have reached an agreement on the terms of a sale of Gestión Tributaria Territorial (GTT) to AnaCap Financial Partners (AnaCap), a specialist European financial services private equity and credit firm, subject to regulatory approval.

London-based financial firms appear to be in no rush to have the majority of their staff back in the office, according to new research by Theta Financial Reporting. Software and technology-focused private equity investor Thoma Bravo is to acquire Majesco, a provider of cloud insurance software solutions for insurance businesses, in a deal valuing the company at USD594 million. Following the closing of the transaction, Majesco will operate as a privately held company. Under the terms of the agreement, all Majesco shareholders of record will receive USD13.10 in cash for each share of Majesco common stock upon closing of the transaction.
