WCP has acquired H&P Hygiène et Prévention, the French subsidiary of the Danish group ISS. With more than 50 years of experience, ISS Hygiene & Prevention is a major player in B2B hygiene services in France and operates in 4 segments: air hygiene, sanitation, pest control and fire protection, as part of preventive or curative actions.   The group has a very diversified client base, with more than 48,000 active accounts, including social and private housing players, companies and local authorities.   The group, which has 1500 employees, is present throughout France via 42 branches, structured around 10 regional hubs.
RSK, an integrated environmental, engineering and technical services consultancy, has acquired the consulting engineering practice Silcock Leedham Group. The acquisition, announced today, is RSK’s eighth of the financial year and will see the group’s three businesses, Silcock Leedham Consulting Engineers, Zero Energy Design and Verisys, join RSK.   Founded in 2001, Silcock Leedham Group is a mechanical and electrical engineering specialist providing services in the areas of design, thermal modelling, air quality monitoring, technical project management and commissioning to a broad portfolio of clients. Gridiron Capital, an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, has promoted Sean Kelley to Managing Director, Business Development and added and promoted Ty Black to Associate as part of the Business Development Team. Pantheon has appointed Rakesh (Rick) Jain as Partner and Global Head of Private Debt based in the firm’s New York office. Pantheon has been active in private debt investments since 1997, with approximately USD1.5 billion committed to investment opportunities across secondaries and primaries. Crestbridge has been granted a funds administration licence in Luxembourg in a move that significantly bolsters the company’s capabilities in the jurisdiction and its multi-jurisdictional proposition for alternative fund managers. Granted by Luxembourg’s financial services regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), the new licence enables Crestbridge to provide a broad range of fund administration services from Luxembourg, complementing the well-established Management Company (ManCo) solution already provided from the jurisdiction.
