Pamlico Capital (Pamlico) is to make a strategic growth investment in Digitech Computer (Digitech), a leading provider of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and technology solutions for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) transport providers.

The deal represents an expansion of ClearCourse’s offering into the sport & leisure industry and is the tenth company to join the Partnership since its foundation in October 2018.

CAIS, a financial technology platform connecting financial advisors with alternative investments, is partnering with Private Client Resources (PCR) to streamline the delivery of analytics-ready data for independent financial advisors and fund managers.
