TowerBrook Capital Partners is to sell Metallo Holdings 3 (Metallo), a Belgian-Spanish non-ferrous metals recycling Group, to Aurubis AG.
Metallo is a recycling and refining company with around 530 employees at its main sites in Belgium and Spain. In the fiscal year 2018, Metallo generated revenues of approximately EUR 985 million. With the transaction, Aurubis continues to actively pursue its multi-metal and recycling strategy.

Orrick has advised Michelin on its acquisition of the Masternaut Group from majority owners Summit Partners and Fleetcor Technologies for a transaction value equal to 8x 2018 EBITA before synergies. The transaction closed on 22 May, 2019.

Private equity firm LDC is to sell fast-growing holiday park operator, Away Resorts, to Bregal Freshstream. LDC, part of Lloyds Banking Group, will retain a minority shareholding as part of the deal.
Founded 10 years ago by leisure entrepreneur Carl Castledine, Away Resorts now operates six leading resorts in prime UK destinations, including Tattershall Lakes in Lincolnshire and Whitecliff Bay on the Isle of Wight, hosting almost 200,000 holiday-makers each year.

Fountain Healthcare Partners (Fountain) has held the initial closing of its third fund, Fountain Healthcare Partners Fund III (Fund III) with EUR118 million of committed capital, exceeding its initial target raise of EUR100 million.
Fund III is a dedicated life science venture capital (VC) fund and brings Fountain’s total capital under management to EUR294 million. Within the life science sector, Fund III will primarily focus on specialty pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices.
