Private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners has appointed Ennio Montinaro as Chief Administrative Officer, and Todd Cullen as a Senior Advisor and Operating Consultant.
The newly created roles will be based in New York and will further advance Oak Hill’s operational priorities and data-driven decision-making.

SysGroup is to acquire Certus IT Limited, for an initial cash consideration of GBP8.0 million. The company has also raised GBP10.0 million from the capital markets, which, in addition to its new GBP5.0 million banking facility from Santander, will enable greater fire power for complementary future acquisitions.
