Nautic Partners has sold portfolio company Endries International and related affiliates to MSD Partners.
Endries is a distributor of fasteners and Class-C parts serving industrial Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide, providing over 500,000 SKUs to its customer base.
Endries operates primarily through a vendor managed inventory model, managing C-part categories for its customers across diverse industrial end markets. Endries partners with OEM customers through robust replenishment systems that provide products and support services which are critical to maintaining the manufacturing process.

QDOOZ, a life skills improvement platform, has launched a month-long crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube to raise a minimum of GBP500,000. QDOOZ will cap the Crowdcube raise to a maximum of GBP1,550,000.

A consortium led by Polaris and Acathia, comprising Sampension and Unigestion, among others, has acquired Danica Pension Försäkringsaktiebolag (Danica Pension Sverige) for a total consideration of approximately SEK2.6 billion, corresponding to approximately DKK1.9 billion (approximately EUR255 million).
Danica Pension Sverige was established in 1999, has around 60 employees and is the sixth largest life insurance company in Sweden with 150,000 retail customers and 15,000 corporate customers.

The Riverside Company is to sell DPA Microphones (DPA), an Allerød, Denmark-based developer and manufacturer of high-end microphones, to RCF Group (RCF).

Finantix has secured a strategic investment from Motive Partners, a global private equity firm focussed on growth investments in financial technology companies.
Motive Partners will become a majority shareholder in Finantix and will support the company and the founders in extending the functional footprint of the product and in accelerating geographic expansion.
The announced transaction follows strong financial results for Finantix which has experienced significant growth in recent years with now over 250 specialists in seven cities and a global customer base spanning more than 45 countries.

The transaction is subject to customary competition clearance and is expected to close in Q1 2019.
