TeleClinic has successfully completed its series A funding raising EUR7 million from Idinvest Partners. Having raised EUR2 million during its initial financing last November, TeleClinic is now preparing to scale up the business and provide millions more patients digital access to medical care, with new strategic partnerships and marketing activities planned for 2019. Today, over 50 per cent of privately insured patients in Germany have free access to doctors with over 30 specialties thanks to TeleClinic. RPMI Railpen (Railpen), the investment manager for the GBP28 billion Railways Pension Scheme, has appointed Andrea Ash as Investment Director in the Private Markets team, with effect from 26 November 2018.
