Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO LLP has appointed a new partner to join its M&A advisory team in London.
Gurpal Ahluwalia will lead on commercial due diligence in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, as well as focusing on growth strategy projects. He joins BDO following four years at KPMG and prior to that, the Boston Consulting Group.

Thornbridge and Rembrand are the two of the largest independent timber processing and distribution companies.
