ZEDRA has acquired Interconsult, Luxembourg International Consulting, one of the oldest trust service firms in Luxembourg.  Terms of the acquisition, which is subject to regulatory approval, have not been disclosed.   Interconsult was established in 1992 and is located in the centre of Luxembourg City. Equistone Partners Europe-backed Apogee Corporation has completed its bolt on acquisition of CityDocs, a UK-based provider of in-house and outsourced print and digital document services. The deal marks Apogee’s third acquisition since Equistone provided a significant investment in September 2016.   Apogee has completed acquisitions in Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Germany this year and will continue to make further acquisitions to drive growth in the UK and Europe.   Based in London with additional operations in Manchester, CityDocs offers digital document scanning, processing, hosting and full reprographic services on a project or ongoing basis. Tikehau IM is to invest EUR72 million in the Dedalus Group, a clinical health software provider, controlled by Ardian and company founder Giorgio Moretti. Tikehau IM has acted as sole arranger of a bond issuance which will be listed on the third market of the Vienna Stock Exchange. This is the third direct lending deal executed by the Tikehau IM team in Italy.   Dedalus is headquartered in Florence, Italy. An investment fund affiliated with private equity firm Lightyear Capital has completed an investment of USD95 million in Ygrene Energy Fund, a provider of residential, multifamily and commercial property assessed clean energy (PACE) financing. The capital brings Ygrene’s combined asset and operating capital raised to over USD1 billion.   Ygrene makes home and building improvements easy, accessible and affordable through the PACE programme, which enables property owners to finance projects through their property taxes. United Flexible, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Scotia Technology, a designer and manufacturer of small-diameter precision fixed tubular components for the aerospace and defence industries primarily to transfer fuel, oil, air, water and hydraulic fluids.
