An affiliate of New Water Capital has acquired The Worth Collection, a direct-to-consumer women’s fashion apparel company, from private equity firm L Catterton. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.   Worth Collection was founded 25 years ago by Caroline Davis, Richard Kaplan and Jay Rosenberg.
