Private equity firm LCatterton has sold its remaining stake in Nature’s Variety to Agrolimen, joint venture partner for the investment. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. LCatterton invested in Nature’s Variety in 2008; and Agrolimen became a JV partner in 2014. Infoteria Corporation’s CEO, Yoichiro “Pina” Hirano has joined the board of advisors of Fenox Venture Capital (Fenox).  Hirano founded Infoteria Corporation and took it public in 2007 at Tokyo Stock Exchange. Private equity firm Thoma Bravo has sold Vision Solutions, a provider of high availability, disaster recovery, and migration software and services, to Clearlake Capital Group.  The exit represents the culmination of a successful 10-year partnership between Thoma Bravo and Vision Solutions. The transaction is expected to close in Q2, subject to normal closing conditions and approvals.
