The founding Appelqvist family remains a significant shareholder. Göran Bille will take over as CEO, in connection with Jörgen Appelqvist's transition into his future role on the board of directors.   Gina Tricot is a Swedish fast fashion retail chain that comprises 180 stores across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany. European private equity firm Cinven is to acquire Gas Natural Fenosa Telecomunicaciones (GNFT), the fibre network operator in Spain and Latin America, from Gas Natural Fenosa (GNF) for EUR510 million. Aldermore, a British bank backed by funds advised by private equity firm AnaCap Financial Partners, has appointed two non-executive directors to its board – John Hitchins and Cathy Turner. Hitchins is a qualified accountant who brings 38 years of experience to the role, having spent his whole career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) becoming partner in 1988 and retiring in June 2014. Monomoy Capital Partners and Kingsmoor have teamed up to acquire the denim manufacturing operations of Plains Cotton Cooperative Association (PCCA) through American Textile Holdings (AmTex), a newly-created acquisition vehicle. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.   AmTex is a designer and manufacturer of both denim fabric and denim apparel products. The company converts raw cotton into denim fabric at the ACG textile mill located in Littlefield, Texas and converts denim fabric into finished jeans at the Denimatrix cut, sew and laundry operation located in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Jersey is to host a high level conference organised jointly by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Jersey Financial Services Commission. The purpose of the conference is to encourage international co-operation between securities authorities in order to protect investors.    The Commission, which has successfully negotiated for the SEC to stage the conference in the island, is to host and sponsor the event, which takes place at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel in July.  It is believed to be the first time the SEC has staged a conference in one of the British Crown Dependencies.   The
