Northleaf Capital Partners has held the final closing for the latest vintage of its global private equity solutions fund, Northleaf Private Equity Investors VIII with over $675 million of capital commitments, surpassing the fund’s original $600 million target.
Summa Equity has acquired a majority stake in cybersecurity operations specialist Logpoint, investing from its €2.3 billion Summa Equity Fund III, which focuses on thematic investments in resource efficiency, changing demographics, and tech-enabled transformation.
The fund is supported by close to 70 diverse institutional investors.
According to Summa, the acquisition builds on its track record of incorporating the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework in its investment decisions.
