Private equity firm Crescent Capital Partners is considering selling Australia-based healthcare recruitment firm, Healthcare Australia Pty in a deal that could value the firm at about AUD700 million ($471 million), according to a report by Bloomberg.
Bloomberg sources have said that Crescent Capital is currently working with an adviser to identify potential buyers for the firm, which is one of the largest recruiters of healthcare workers in Australia.
Discussions are reportedly at an early stage though, and Crescent may yet decide against selling the business, which it acquired in 2018 from private equity firms Ares management and Toscafud Asset Management..
