Private credit investment firm Littlejohn & Co, has appointed Federico Persico, a credit specialist with more than 15 years of investing, business development, and investor relations experience, as Head of Capital Formation.
Apollo Global Management has entered into negotiations to acquire US-based aluminium products maker Arconic Corp, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal, with Arconic’s shares soaring by 19.8% in afternoon trading on Tuesday as news of the potential deal first broke.
Investcorp has held the final closing of Investcorp North American Private Equity Fund I, which focuses on control buy-out investments in middle market services businesses in North America, with over $1.2 billion in capital commitments.

KKR has completed the JPY7.2 billion ($5.2 billion) acquisition of Hitachi Transport System (HTS), a third-party logistics business based in Japan, from Hitachi, with the company set to be renamed as LOGISTEED Ltd from 1 April 2023.
KKR holds the shares of HTS through HTSK Co, Ltd (HTSK), a special purpose entity which owns 100% of the shares with voting rights in HTS, and through HTSK Holdings Co, Ltd (HTSK Holdings), a 100% parent and holding company of HTSK.
KKR will work in strategic partnership with Hitachi, which owns 10% of the shares with voting rights in HTSK Holdings, while
Inflexion is to acquire a majority stake in Nomentia, a European treasury and cash management software provider, from current investors PSG Equity and Verdane. The investment is being made by Inflexion’s Buyout Fund VI.
