Vista Equity Partners (Vista), a global investment firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, has appointed Michael P Charlton as Managing Director, Capital & Partner Solutions.
Charlton will be responsible for spearheading investor relations efforts dedicated to Vista’s credit platform, Vista Credit Partners and will report to Greg Myers, Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Capital & Partner Solutions.

HarbourVest Partners, a global private markets investment specialist, has appointed Adam Freedman as a managing director and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
Freedman has more than 15 years of in-house legal and compliance experience, and most recently he was CCO and Associate General Counsel at Angelo, Gordon & Co. Prior to that role, he was an Executive Director in the Legal and Compliance division at Morgan Stanley.
Freedman received his BA from Yale, his law degree from Oxford, and his Master’s in Law from the University of Chicago.

Energy Impact Partners (EIP), a global venture capital firm, has launched its European Fund which has €390 million to deploy in European investments to accelerate the growth of innovative technologies which have the potential to drive the transition towards net zero.
